Sure there are. Sometimes it is harder to qualify but not necessarily.

If you own the land that the home is situated on and it is deeded as real estate then you have a good chance of getting into a low rate mortgage loan. Also want to note that most mortgage lenders will not lend on a mobile constructed before 1978. So if you have a newer mobile home that is secured to a foundation and deeded as real estate then I would suggest comparing a few more mortgage lenders.
If you do not meet the above minimum requirements then you have to find a finance company that specializes in mobile home financing. They are out there. _________________ Lisa Scherzer

Correction to the post made above. Any that were built prior to June 15 1976.
FHA is one of the best loans on the market for Double Wide's. Low to no down payment, a great interest rate, and no credit score requirement.
