i need to get a loan for a mobile home, but i'm going to lease the land what our my options.

Welcome to the forum.

You can get a mobile home loan but your credit score should be more than 680 and the mobile home should have a permanent foundation. BTW the mobile home should be your principal residence. For getting Mobile home loan the lender expect 5 to 10 percent down payment.

Pat do an internet search. It is a very small number of institutions that will loan on a manuf. hiome with no property.
