what is the maximum loan tern for a basic single wide mobile

The mobile home was purchased in 1995. But i recently found out i have 7 more years to pay for it. I'm renting to buy from a friend. I have live in the mobile home since 1999. I thought i only had three more years to pay on it.

Ok, so you are renting a mobile home which you'll be buying and for that you need a loan. But does the mobile home has a permanent foundation, which is a requirement if you are looking for a mortgage on it?

Try and find your original paperwork to find out how long the original term was. Worse case, you can take your balance and your interest rate, and payment into a mortgage calculator (that you can find online) to confirm the number of years that you have left on your mortgage.
