If so, then today's rates- in my neck of the woods- would be about 6.5% with no points charged to borrower. On a $80,000 loan that would be $505.65/ month PRINC. & INT. Hope that helps a little. The above posts (especially Marty's) are in violation of the terms of this board. There is a hit to rate for a manufactured home. CA Broker Guest	Posted: Mon Sep 01, 2008 9:12 pm    Post subject: Like 0 Dislike 0 FHA is still lending on manufactured homes as long as they are on permanent foundations. There is a hit to the rate, but they will lend in parks as long as you own the lot (like in a condo complex).
