I would like to learn about the salient points to keep in mind while applying for mobile home mortgage. Will some one please help?!

find a lender that does FHA loans. You will get competitive rates if they work with Taylor Bean & Whitaker.

Make sure that the home has a foundation!

Your credit score should be more than 620 to get an affordable interest rate on mobile mortgage loan. The mobile home should have the building standards that are instructed by HUD under the Federal National Manufactured Housing Construction. The mobile home should have a permanent foundation. Hi! I have also bought a Mobile Home recently as it is cheap but I would like to caution you to check it thoroughly before you finalize the deal. I recently found a site named
