I would like to learn about the salient points to keep in mind while applying for mobile home mortgage. Will some one please help?!

Your credit score should be more than 620 to get an affordable interest rate on mobile mortgage loan. The mobile home should have the building standards that are instructed by HUD under the Federal National Manufactured Housing Construction. The mobile home should have a permanent foundation.
