I own 1 acre lake front property, paid in full, and i want to get a loan of 20000. to put a mobile home there. I have bad credit, but I also have a good job, and gov ret. that the payments can come out of _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? Ok so you need financing for a mobile home. But do you intent to place it in a permanent foundation?

I took over payment on my grandpas land, I owe 17,000 onit I need a single wide used or repo I want to tie both of them together for one payment. I have bad credit,but no repos,foreclosures,judgments etc

You mean you'd like to purchase a single-wide mobile home and at the same time make payment for the land? If so, then you'll have to look out for lenders who're willing to offer you a mortgage loan worth the total amount of the mobile home and the amount you owe.
