I have Mobile Home that is about 8 years old. It sits on a concrete foundation, and is underpinned with concrete blocks. I have use of my lot as long as I live. I have a outside building, metal car port, back covered porch and a side patio. I was wanted to consolidate bills about $40,000.

I have no house payment, the title is clear. I have a 2008 Hundai with a clear title. My credit is very good to excellent. I am self employed as a travel agent, and work in sales and my monthy income is about $40,000 per year. I would like to lower interest on all of my curent loans.

Hi glennashley!

Welcome to forums!

The bills that you want to consolidate are unsecured. In that case, taking out a mortgage on your mobile home and paying those bills does not make sense to me. In trying to consolidate unsecured bills, you will take out a secured loan. Rather, I would suggest you to contact your creditors and apply for a debt consolidation. They may give you affordable terms and conditions in order to pay off the bills.

In case, your creditors are ready to consolidate your bills, then you can take out a mortgage on your mobile home and pay off the dues.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
