Like 0 Dislike 0 I puchased my mobile home 11 yrs ago for 50,000 have been making payments mortgage has been sold twice resently sold again called and checked my balance and now i owe 52,000 what can i do about this will never finish paying off

You should refinance the mortgage with some other lender and with different rates and terms and pay it off. Or else, you can list the property in the market and sell it off and then pay off the lender in full. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
