Hi Mark B,

Welcome to mortgage fit

In order to get loan against mobile home you should have enough equity and your mobile home should not be old enough.(some banks have put a benchmark of 1978) then only you could be able to get loan with mobile home as collateral.

Again you must have good equity in the mobile which you are currently using...
