Hi, I have a 2008 dw mobile home on 5 1/2 acres land. The home as well as the land are clear title. I want to
borrow 27000.00 for bill consolidation, clean up credit, home improvement. My credit is not greatest but my collateral is excellent. My property is worth approx. 70000.00 more than double the money I need. I am employeed, no dependents. My home is not set on concrete foundation however is set on a caliche pad, tires and axels are off, fully skirted, central air, pitched roof, tape and texture. The land is fenced, has own well
and code septic tank. I am willing to put titles up for collateral. After all bills are paid with the 27000.00 I want to put all metal deck solid on north and east sides of home (deck/porch combination). My monthly income is 1400.00 with PERA retirement now at 10,000.00. I get paid milage (150.00 to 250.00) monthly and am due another raise in March 2010. I want to pay 350.00-450.00 monthly payments. CAN YOU HELP???

You need to contact a lender in order to get a loan using your mobile home as a collateral. Depending upon your credit score and income, a lender will let you know whether or not you would be able to get a loan. You can shop around for your mortgage and speak to few of the local lenders. This would give you an idea whether or not you would get a loan. Alternatively, you can also speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage quote . This would also help you in getting a fair idea of the market rates and terms and would help you to decide if you can afford the loan.
