I would like to know if it is possible to get a mobile home loan on a mobile home in a mobile home park. The home is a 1971 Cambridge home. I need help consolidating my bills.

pat, the age of your home is going to prevent most lenders from considering a loan.

since it's in a park, i'd have to think that there must be a management company there. have you checked with them to see if they know of sources for loans?

Hi pat,

As George has suggested, contact the management company of your mobile home park and take their help. Or else, you may even check out if you can get personal loan for your mobile home. However, just remember, personal loans are available at a higher interest rate.
