Hi Guest,

It is not possible for you to qualify for a mobile home loan with a credit score of 500. In fact, this score is not good enough to qualify for any sort of loan. You need a minimum of 620 credit score to get a loan at good rate and terms.

Credit score of 500 is too low to qualify for any kind of loan... you should work upon improving your credit score....

its difficult to get a mobile home loan with 500 credit score.

well it's either impossible; or, according to mark, unlikely.

in my opinion, it's far closer to impossible than possible. as kbkevin said, work on improving your score before you worry about owning a mobile home. you'll be better for it.
