I am needing to know what the home qualifications are and also the credit qualifications for the borrower. Thank you for your help with this question

If your credit score is less than 620, it will not be easy for you to qualify for a loan. As far as the mobile home is concerned, it needs to meet the construction and safety standards set by HUD, in order to qualify for a mobile home loan. You may go for a no-obligation free mortgage consultation with the lenders in this community. They will assess your financial situation, your credit score, etc. and will let you know if you qualify for a mobile home loan. They will also be able to help you choose a loan program that suits your requirements.
