Dear Sir/Madam. I and my husband have just been to cornwall and was looking around mobile homes on the park we was staying at(perransands Holiday park perranporth)we would love to buy one but would intially need £17,000 or deposit,as we are aware of howmuch potential there is is owning one to rent out to holiday makers,we was also told and have all the info on this that you can get aleast£500 aweek rental which is quite agood return, unfortunately i am disabled and my husband is my carer so we are paid everyweek or 2week as we get disability, income support, carer allowance and child tax credit,we also rent the house we are in which is a private rental ,if you can help in anyway please let me/us know on email address below, verymuch appreciated, yours faithfully Mrs G Halfpenny

Hi dgk,

You need to contact the local lenders who offer mobile home loans and apply for one. It is the lender who'll go through your credit report, income and financial situation and let you know whether or not you would get a mobile home loan. You can even speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage quote. This will let you know what type of rates and terms you would get.

Thanks
