There are several places that will do an FHA refinance on the that type of loan. It's small which means you'll have a slightly higher interest rate.
What year was the mobile home built?
Is this your primary residence?
What is your credit like?
What is your work history like? _________________ Chris Burns

| If you go FHA, tell your lender that you have put on an addition you will need an engineers certificate to show that the structure is sound after the addition and meets HUD guidelines. If it does not meet guidelines, FHA won't touch you. |
