I have a 585 credit score and I have found a double wide and with the economy I`m having a hard time finding a lender.

Hi

It's difficult to qualify for a loan with a credit score of less than 600 points. Due to the depression in the mortgage industry, the lenders have now become very strict with the credit requirements of the borrowers. It is better for you to first improve your crdit and then, go for a mortgage at an affordable rate. You can, however, go for a no-obligation free consultation with the community lenders to see if they can offer you a loan.
