MORNING; I AM LOOKING FOR A MOBILE HOME FINANCING,TO PURCHASE MY MOTHERS HOME.HAVE BEEN ON A REALISTATE CONTRACT FOR2 YEARS. HAVING PAID 20,000 ALREADY.I WAS OFFERED THE HOUSE FOR 89,000 AND FIGURE 69,000 IS LEFT. THE PROPERTY IS PROBABLY WORTH
THAT ALONE.2 CAR GARAGE WORK SHOP AND ANIMAL BARNS. ALSO T-PITCH ROOF OVER TRAILER AND ADDITION,VALUED AT 7,000. I HAVE
PUT ALOT OF WORK INTO IT. IS THERE ANY HUD OR NO DOWN POSSIBILITIES?

Hi thileman,

Lenders do not give loans for mobile homes which are build prior to 1976. Thus, I don't think you would be able to get a mortgage on the said mobile home.
