It needs new flooring,new drywall, and new windows. The mobile home is a older home 1987. Is it possible for me to get a loan for that with very poor credit?

What type of credit score do you have? You should have at least 620 credit score in order to qualify for a FHA loan. You may apply for a personal property loan in this case and check out if you can qualify for one. However, these loans are available at a higher interest rate. Thanks
