I am trying to get a loan to do some home improvement and using my mobile home title as collateral. Sad

Mobile home loans are not easily available in this market. Most of the lenders have stopped offering mobile home loans. Only a few of them still offer such loans. Getting a loan for home improvement will not be very easy.
