I am having trouble finding financing for a mobile home I am looking at they will not finance me because of the age of the home they range from a 1982 to a 1991 or because my credit score my score is low my score is 660 if you can not help do you know any lenders I can contact that can help

A mobile home build prior to 1976 hardly qualifies for loans. However, as your mobile home is build between 1982 to a 1991, I don't think you should face issues in getting a loan. If you want to get a conventional loan, you would require a credit score of 700-720. But if you are looking for a FHA loan, you will need a credit score of 620. You have mentioned that your credit score is 660. In that case, you can qualify for a FHA loan.
