I am purchasing a mobile home in NJ.
I was told interest rate will be 7.25%.
Is there any ways to get more lower rate? |

Most of the times interest rate depend upon the credit score.if you have a good credit score then you are entitled to the lower interest rates whereas if your score is bad then you are toiled ..and banks get their business because there are so many people who do not have a good credit score.

Hi Sakamoto,
The interest rate that you get on the loan depends on various factors like your credit score, amount of down payment, discount points paid upfront etc. If you can make a large down payment or pay good amount of discount points, you can avail a low interest rate.
However, you can shop around and get mortgage quotes from other lenders. Some of them may be able to offer you a lower interest rate. You can also go for a no obligation free mortgage quote from the community lenders. They will check you credit score, debt to income ratio etc. If you qualify, they will offer you free mortgage quotes. This will give you a lot of options and you can choose the one that offers you the lowest rate of interest. |

My mobile home price is $114000
I can put $25000 to $30000 downpayment
My credit score is between 800-770
The mobile home is located at Finns park in NJ
Is there anyone can tell possible lowest interest rate and advice free quote link? |

Yes, you can put 25K to 30K down payment. 800-770 is the good credit score & you will get lowest interest rates. I will be also depended on your lender & try to get lowest credit score.
