You haven't mentioned what your credit score is like. With a poor credit, it won't be possible for you to get a loan. If you are planning for a FHA loan, then you should have a score of 600-620 and not much negative items on your credit report. If you're looking for conventional loan, then you should have a score of 700 at least. You may look out for personal property loans. You may get these loans from retailers who sell mobile homes but the interest rates charged are quite high. If you can afford a high interest rate, then you can go for it.
