I own my mobile home. It is in a mobile home park, but I have a free and clear title. I just need to consolidate some credit cards and personal loan dedt. I don't understand why no one will help me. I've owned my own business since 2005 and my husband has had a stable job for 3yrs now. Is there anyone out there that can help me.My mobile home is a 1985 riverview.

Did the mobile home loan lenders gave you any reason as to why they won't help you with a mortgage? If not, then you should ask them to clarify the reasons. You can even contact the retailers who sell mobile home loans in order to get personal property loans. However, these loans are available at a higher interest rate.

the reason is because it is in a prk and not on a solid foundation. I just don't understand, except the think I could move it. I will never mover it because I want to eventually buy a house and rent it out. Thank you for you responce.

Welcome to forums!

As the property is located in a park and does not have solid foundation, the lenders will not be ready to give you a conventional mobile home loan. However, as Adonis has mentioned, you can go for personal property loans.
