hi my name is sandra.i own a mobile home and i want to try to get a loan i have bad critet.what do i do to get this loan and where do i apply for it.i have never filed for bank rupsey or ever applyed for a loan before

It would be difficult for you get a loan with a bad credit. You haven't mentioned your credit score. You need to improve your credit score and then look out for loans. You can check out the following page to know some steps to improve your credit score:

What's your credit score like? If your credit score is between 720-740, you can expect to get a conventional loan. However, the lender would consider your income before giving you a loan. If you wish to take a FHA loan, then you should have a minimum credit score of 620.

Please mention your credit score.
For FHA Loan you should have at least 620 credit score. |
