foreign investor loan

hi I am from taiwan, this year i have bought 2 homes in Chandler, Scottsdale Arizona in
full cash, now i really like to buy another one but as a foreigner i am not sure if it is possible i can have these 2 properties as collateral to qualify a mortgage?
How much cash i need to obtain for a loan on new property?
