you can do a workout with the lender or even negotaite to pay x amount becasue in some cases they ma nt get anything although they do have some type of insurance in case of borrower default.

Call your lender try a loan mod. If not do a short sale. You will not have to make a house pmt for 6 months.Hopefully in this time, you will be able to get back on your feet. Martha

Let face the things as it’s not such a big problem to be really scared off, have words with your lender and let him know about the scene might be there’s a good option or your lender can relax you on your default payment. Well as many company and lenders charge fine on the default payments, you can even go along with that and let the things be on track. I did the loan Modification and it saved my home and life.. I still own my home and all things are back on track.. Don't let the endless paperwork scare you off and always treat your Loan Officer with respect remember they are there to help you... It gets very hard at times to keep going with all the questions and paperwork, but in the long run it is so worth it. Thank you Wells Fargo for helping me save my home.
