We want to put both our children on our deed with us in joint tenants...If we do this and in the future we want to sell our home what are the laws on this..Do all of us have to sign to sell our home.

Welcome jnandhugh, If you add your children to the property deed, then they will also become the owners of the property. If you wish to sell off the property later on, then you need to take their permission as well as their signatures.
