Does anyone know of any mortgage lender that will consolidate 1st and 2nd Mortgages after a bankruptcy within the last year? Prefer a non predatory lender..

You can contact your current lender and check out if he can help you refinance the loans into one. It will be completely the lender's discretion whether or not he would consider your request.
