Hello.
It is nice to hear that you get some good services from this company  but why would I need to be polite? Don't you think they should also need to be polite? They are breaking the rules and harassing the people. Do you think this is good? |

I've had money taken out of my account, one amount for $300. Sjm has no phone number to gat in contact with. My checking account came up at one time -$650. I've been trying to contact the company, but no success. What can be done about this compamy? I've recently been a victim of ID fruad. Could these people be th crooks?

Hi Barbara!
Did you try contacting them with this number - 0800 197 88 10? If they are not talking to you over the phone, you can personally meet their agent and speak to him/her about the issue. If still they are not speaking, you can ask your legal adviser to speak with them.

| It will be better if you could contact them personally and ask them why they have done so. Speak to their executive personally and deal with the person tactfully. If they do not give you a satisfactory answer ask your lawyer to speak to them. |

It is unfortunate that they have debited your account twice. But it will be better if you could contact the authorities personally. Deal with them tactfully and politely ask them why they done that. In case they are unable to give you a proper answer, you can even take some legal advice.

| Who is the recipient of the information provided in the message body. That way I will know what to ask. I'm seeing small amounts of moneys being taken. I don't want to get a new account number because there are other deductions being taken out of my check. |

I think you should speak to the customer service department of SJM if you want to stop them from taking money from your account. You may also place a complaint with the state attorney general.

| I took a loan for $ 300.00 however, over a period of a year they have taken a total of $ 1800.00 back. Since they have redeemed more than what the loan was worth am I safe to have my bank stop them from withdrawing any more funds? |

You should immediately contact the bank and ask them to block your account. This will help you to stop them from withdrawing more funds from your account.

| I recently discovered that this company is taking money out of my bank account!! I dont know how they got my bank info or any info about me but i need to know how to stop this and i have already contacted my bank and had to close my account because they drained my account and put me under 374.00!!! Im real pissed about this and my bank said they could do only so much.....What else can i do? |

As you have already blocked your bank account, now you can file a complaint with the State Attorney General against the company.
