okay, yvonne...but is there any specific reason why your bank would know? are you absolutely certain that the only method by which you would have received the $400 is by deposit to your bank account? is it possible they'd have handed you a check instead?
backing off from that point of view, now...can sjm marketing prove that you obtained that loan in august 2008? do they have a signed promissory note from you? your next move is to make them prove to you that you borrowed this money. _________________ George M. Akerley

Post subject: Next Step To Handle the Matter |

| This gentleman called and would not identify himself to me. He stated he was going to have to serve papers to my job. My problem is, I have handled the debt with them and can't find my receipt. I paid them via Money Gram. How do I further pursue this to end this? |

| If you don't have any receipts regarding the payments, then it would be difficult for you to fight the case with them. You should contact an attorney and take his opinion in this matter. |

| This happened to me. I never got a loan from SJM Marketing. This is how I now respond to anything like this. Get the persons name. Aks for a fax number. Type the a letter stating that if they dont send you all of the neccessary documents to prove who they are & what loan co. they are representing through the United States Postal Service. That you will report them to your local police, county sheriff & DA, your states Attorney General, FBI and BBB. This worked for me. I havent heard from them since. |
