once case is with underwriter under review for loss mitigation/ how long for decision and do they deal with multiple investors at one time to achieve a loan

Hi poncho,

The decision regarding loss mitigation can take quite sometime as a large number of people are applying for it. As far as I know, the underwriter will have to deal with your investor in order to take a decision regarding loss mitigation.
