cyndi Guest	Posted: Wed Oct 12, 2011 10:18 am    Post subject: moratorium Like 0 Dislike 0 i have been on a mortorium for 2 years now, before i went on one i was told i was at the lowest income now(iwas working then)it was hard for me to pay 655.00 mth. now on SSD (why the moratorium) i was told that when i start to make payments (in 2 mths) they will be higher for sure(they still havent told me how much) what can i do if anything not to lose my home. i have put alot into it and i dont have any place to go.

This will help you get a repayment plan from the lender which will make it easier for you to pay off the loan. However, it will be the discretion of lender whether or not he will give you this option. Thanks

My mother passed away I now owe the house and it was just in a disaster from flooding. I just got the insurance check and now I just want to pay off the loan. Can you please let me know how to pay it off?

The lender will let you know the procedure. You should also keep in mind that you may have to pay a pre-payment penalty if you pre-pay your loan. Thanks
