i want to be added to my mothers deed on her house. my father passed away in the last year and she is condsidering selling. she is agreeeable to adding me. i just want to be on the deed to protect her as she is elderly and has never had to deal with these types of matters before. also she lives in nebraska and i in massachusetts. i want the ability to approve or disapprove a sale. thanks for your help.

Yes, You can add your name deed on by signing a quit claim deed. If she has small knowldge about dealing & if she wish to sell off house then you can help her if you on deed. You must have to contact your attorney & make deal in his supevision to avoide frauds.
