Hi There! I was trying to find out if anyone knows any lenders besides Indymac, Wachovia-World Savings and ClearMortgageSolutions that will allow a CA Broker to fund a Loan in NV without having a license from that state.
Any one knows any other Lenders that will allow that? |

Hi Anna,
As Nevada is located in California, so a broker can easily fund a loan within that state. There should not be any problem in doing that. But funding outside the state without a proper license is illegal.
And if any lender allows it also, it will not be considered legal and the borrower may have to face troubles later. |

Sean,
I admit my mistake. I thought Anna was talking of Nevada County. And I did not noticed that she was actually talking of Nevada state. |
