Like 0 Dislike 0 for a new home.. what can i expect? this will be for $750-$780 loan, 15-25% down, 680 fico This will be jumbo loan obviously so what rates can i reasonably ask for this market? (in nevada, clark county) what other i questions should i ask or what should i look out for? i'm a first time buyer. thanks...

The interest rate depends upon so many things but If you go for FRM jumbo loan, the interest rate may be near about 6.5. The loan will "$750-$780 loan" or $750k-$780k loan? Best of luck. Larry
