Hi,

What kind of mortgage are you taking - ARM or FRM? The interest rate depends upon so many things but If you go for FRM jumbo loan, the interest rate may be near about 6.5.

The loan will "$750-$780 loan" or $750k-$780k loan?

Best of luck.
