Can we put our daughters on our deed and still live here even after a loan modification? This is really important to us, we are 72 and78 years of age and only have Social Security. Please help. Thank You

Yes you can put your daughter on the deed
Best option is to get the loan modification done first and later add your daughter to the deed

That shoudl not prevent you fromliving there

Hi ljmosell,

Depending upon your financial situation, you may be able to qualify for a loan modification. However, I doubt whether or not the lender would allow you to add your daughters to the property deed. If the lender allows you to add your daughters' name to the property, you can still live there.
