Like 0 Dislike 0 My wife & I purchased a Condo in 2005. She left me high & dry in Aug 2008. I was unable to make payments & returned the Condo to the bank. Is it legal for her to have her name removed from the loan documents? Even though we are still married>?

If you've refinanced the home loan in your name, your wife would be automatically removed from the mortgage docs. Thanks
