Any stated income lenders in Nevads? My credit score > 800. Willing to put 40% down on a $200K house, leaving a balance of $120K which I should easily be able to pay off in 15 years. 0 debt. My current assets including IRA accounts ($44,500) is around $220K. Self employed and can not document my income.

Hi Bob,

I doubt whether or not there are any lenders who will offer you a stated income loan. After the real estate crisis, lenders hardly give such loans to the borrowers. Lenders want to check out the financial stability and income of the borrowers before lending them money.

Thanks

There ARE lenders who will still do stated income loans. I think James is saying there aren't any because he is in Nevada and I believe in that state you wont find that program anymore.
