I bought a timeshare in Nevada with a friend in 2007, now his name needs to be taken off. What do we need to do?

Hi SANE!

Welcome to forums!

You will have to ask your friend to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property for you. Once he does so, you'll become the sole owner of the property.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
