There is no set figure to determine when or how much longer you may have. May I ask what are you hoping for or what are your plans for when the time does come that the bank decides to foreclose? Maybe trying a Short-Sale now will benefit you. I hope this helps...

Hi barbragene!

Welcome to forums!

You will have to leave the house once the lender forecloses the property. After the foreclosure sale is over, lender will give you a eviction notice. The time period to move out of the house will be mentioned in that notice.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
