May I ask what are you hoping for or what are your plans for when the time does come that the bank decides to foreclose? Maybe trying a Short-Sale now will benefit you. You will have to leave the house once the lender forecloses the property. After the foreclosure sale is over, lender will give you a eviction notice. The time period to move out of the house will be mentioned in that notice. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
