Closing soon on a lot in New Jersey. Need a Quit Claim Form asap. Any advice on how to find one? Thank you!

You can check out the given page to get a quitclaim deed form of New Jersey:

However, it would be a better idea to contact a real estate attorney and get the deed drafted from him.
