(to add new husband for a refinance)

If you want to add your husband and change your maiden name on the quitclaim deed, then you need to sign a new deed mentioning your maiden name as the grantor and your married name and your husband's name as the grantee. Once this is done, then you and your husband can refinance the mortgage in your names. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
