I bought this house before we were married, refinanced it and she co signed note. House is paid off.
Is it advisable to hire an attorney to do this or do a quick claim to add her to the deed in New Jersey.

Hi gene!

Welcome to forums!

As the property is free and clear, you can use a warranty deed to add your wife's name to the property. You can take the help of an attorney to draft the deed. He will also help you in filling out the deed. Once the deed is filled out, notarize and record it at the county recorder's office.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
