In NJ does a Subordinate Mortage require witness signatures if notarized for with borrower's signature?

As far as I know, a subordinate mortgage in New jersey would require the signature of the witness. However, you should contact an attorney and he would be the best person to help you out.

witness signatories are mandatory in NJ for notarized documents.
