Hi, i recently (2 months ago) purchaed a town house my live in fiance/boyfriend in NJ insisted we do it together so his name is on the deed but not on the mortgage, how can i get his name off the deed?

Hi nefertathomas!

Welcome to forums!

You will have to ask your fiance/boyfriend to sign a quitclaim deed and transfer the property in your favor. Once he transfers the property to you, notarize and record the deed.
