New Foreclosure Rescue Fraud Prevention Act has come into play and Attorney General Bill McCollum applauds Governor Charlie Crist for signing the Act into law. The Foreclosure Rescue Fraud Prevention Act of 2008 requires that the foreclosure rescue entity or the consultant will provide a written agreement which will have the consumer's signature.
