Mortgage debt market relying on foreign buying-GSEs

Growing demand for bonds in the $3.5 trillion agency mortgage-backed securities market from overseas investors is taking up the slack by sales of one of the biggest U.S. investors, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac executives said on Tuesday.
