Mortgages for low income buyers at below market interest rate

The Illinois Housing Development Authority will fund I-Loan Mortgage program, which offers home mortgages to low income buyers at below market interest rate. To collect the fund they approved the sale of $115 millions in Homeowner Mortgage Revenue Bonds. The bonds are to be released for the sale on 9 – 10 January.
