Bank of America introduces no-fee mortgage in Washington

Bank of America has come up with a no-fee mortgage loan with the purpose of attracting more customers.

Yes, I heard that it's not like the usual no-fee mortgages that are offered by lenders. Such loans usually make borrowers pay high rates of interest in return of higher fees. But the no-fee loan introduced by the Bank of America will give borrowers the chance to switch over to a low rate of interest once a year and that too without any fee.

Certainly need to know more about it!
