Attorneys request courts to dismiss foreclosure cases

In a recent development, a large number of attorneys in Maryland have requested the courts to dismiss foreclosure cases which depended on paperwork signed by robo-signers. The practice of "robo-signing," has initiated investigations by regulators and foreclosure freezes by mortgage servicers.

The robo-signers have resulted into a large number of title issues. The only way to clear title is to dismiss cases and request the servicers to do it in the right way.
